Sunrise from Mantra on Salt Kingscliff

Some things in life are just worth rising early for.

I didn’t intentionally wake for this sunrise. I woke to try and get as much work done as I could before we board our cruise this morning. I’m not going to have great internet and I’m not really going to have many posts here on Mojito Mother this week.

I’ve not had much time at all so far on our trip for work and blogging. That’s okay. I’m learning to just let it go and enjoy this time with my family. The work will be waiting when I return and I can go full pelt then.
I feel we’ve earned this break and we should enjoy it. So far we’ve had amazing fun and seen so many beautiful things. Northern NSW is stunning and I want to move here now!

So while I was busy tapping away I looked up and through the shutters of our room here at the Mantra on Salt I saw this majestic view of the sun rising. I stopped work immediately and raced outside to savour it.
Perfect timing as it took only minutes for it to rise higher and the colour to go.

Absolutely stunning.

There’s so much about life to be wowed by!

The sunrise is just an inspiring sight to behold and you are right, the work will be done when you have enjoyed travels and memories with the family. It is what makes life meaningful for me and I know, to you and your family too.

I love your sunrise capture, so blissful 🙂

Thank you Wends! We had a fantastic time on the cruise as a family. The work is still here waiting and I am slowly making my way through it now.
