Gratitude and happiness

Our big travel plans announced

I’m terrified but I will no longer allow my fears to define my life. We announced our big travel plans on the blog this week. I can’t begin to tell you how liberated and happy I feel. For the first time in years, I feel as if I am living from my heart and soul again. I feel so supported and so on purpose. We leave at the end of September. We have a lot to do, but it is all going so effortlessly so far. Where are we going? Well come on over and read it here

Packing, declutter, clearing

My favourite thing about travel preparation is clearing out your junk. With each new trash, donate, or sell I feel as if I am reclaiming back a little of myself. I said goodbye to many old memories, thanked them for the harsh lessons and sent them away from me. We have piles of boxes getting picked up on Tuesday. I will no longer be owned by my possessions! So friggin LIBERATING

Palm Beach

We popped over to Palm Beach for the day on Monday. KAlyra was beside herself to visit the land of Summer Bay and was looking out for Brax all day (so was Mummy). Palm Beach is my favourite beach in Sydney, possibly Australia. There is an energy there that is so calming and life affirming. It’s quiet, unspoilt and so beautiful. I could spend every weekend there wandering, soaking up the energy and earthing. (and hunting down Brax)

Our first y travel meetup

Yay! We had people show up!! Our first y travel meet up was fun. We had about 10 people turn up altogether, old friends and new. We had awesome conversations, a lot of laughs and far too much alcohol! I paid for it yesterday. A post will be coming up on the blog this week.
